The TV Box carries a 1-Year Warranty (Parts – All Replacement parts provided free the first year ), and All labor cost covered for 90 days from the date of purchase. the Remote Control and Power Adapter carries a 90-day warranty. If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, please contact our support team as set forth on our website in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, please be sure to have a copy of the PROOF OF PURCHASE available. Customer agrees to pay for shipping charges to send the IPTV BOX to us and we agree to pay for the return shipping charges during (the appropriate) warranty period.
If the new unit you purchased from our website has a hardware fault and does not work on arrival, IranianIPTV will replace the box.
If there is a hardware fault with in the warranty period, IranianIPTV will fix or replace the unit with the refurbished at no cost. You are responsible for shipping defective product to IranianIPTV . IranianIPTV pays for shipping from IranianIPTV back to you only.
If the hardware is damaged in any way (warranty void, tampered with or anything broken), no warranty will be honored. If you want the broken unit back, you will pay for shipping from IranianIPTV to you and an inspection fees of $40.
In case You send us a working product without any issues during the warranty period, IranianIPTV will charge you $40 as inspection fees. You are responsible for shipping defective product to IranianIPTV. IranianIPTV pays for shipping from IranianIPTV back to you only.
In case of replacement:
A- If you are in the same country from where you purchased the box then you will be responsible for shipping the defective product to IranianIPTV and IranianIPTV will pay for shipping it back to you.
B- If after purchasing IranianIPTV Box, you have moved to another country then you will have to pay for shipping on both sides.
C- If the warranty sticker has been removed or altered.
Exchange, Return & Refund Policy:
All sales made through the Website are subject to IranianIPTV’s exchange, return and refund policy as stated herein.
You must first speak to one of technicians to troubleshoot any problems, and he/she will issure and RMA number as needed.
(b) Damaged packaging and Defective Upon Receipt.
If you receive a shipment that has a damaged packaging, you must report it to IranianIPTV immediately and return the unopened package to IranianIPTV by first calling IranianIPTV to get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipping the TV Box. We will take care of the shipping costs of the unopened package (and thus unused TV Box) so long as the package is returned by the same courier as the original shipment. Upon inspection of the damaged packaging, a new TV Box will be sent to you. This same procedure will be followed in the event that your TV Box does not function properly upon receipt. Please note that You must notify IranianIPTV of all intended returns within three (3) days of your receipt of the damaged packaging or defective TV Box.
(c) 7 Day Refund Policy.
All purchases are qualified for a 7 day refund from the date product is received. If You are not satisfied with your TV Box within seven (7) days of the date of receipt of the product, You MUST call customer service at (818) 964-0102 for a return authorization (RMA) number and proper RETURN ADDRESS before the 7 days end. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and immediate shipment of the TV box (within 48hrs of RMA issue time and date). Once the Product is received, You will receive a refund, less a fourty seven dollar ($47) restocking fee. The box must be in reasonable condition with ALL original packaging and accessories. IranianIPTV may reasonably charge for missing items or damage by reducing the amount of the refund. The cost of any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deducted from the price paid for the Product at fair value of the cost of that item. NO REFUNDS AFTER 7-DAYS ARE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within fifteen (14) business days of IranianIPTV’s receipt of your return. Note, however, that refunds may show up on your credit card up to ten (10) business days after we initiate the refund.
Please note: Returns without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number are subject to a $47 administrative fee.
(d) Need for RMA.
All returns and exchanges of the IranianIPTV Box must be authorized by the IranianIPTV support desk where a return authorization (RMA) number will be issued for the return. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RMA number.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, IranianIPTV EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, IranianIPTV MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS. IranianIPTV MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR INFORMATION PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES, OR THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, TRUTHFULNESS, COMPLETENESS OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
